Pimela is painting at full pressure: a surface saturated in reds, where faces, limbs and fragments of pattern lock into a single dense weave. Painted in 2024, it shows Ídasse working the canvas edge to edge, letting figure and ground trade places until the eye accepts the crowd as one body. The heat of the palette — crimson, rust, ember — carries the work's pulse; what first reads as abstraction keeps resolving into presence.

Sold unframed unless otherwise stated. Bidding 23 October – 5 November 2026; on 5 November lots close sequentially from 14:30 GMT.
