In Meu dá Praia-Nova, Silva Dunduro composes in blue and white alone — figures, vessel and shoreline geometry cut into interlocking planes. The title points to Praia Nova, and the palette does the remembering: sea light, whitewash, shadow. Within the sale it is Dunduro's counterpoint — where Retorno aos espíritos is weight and relief, this is clarity and air.

Silva Dunduro (b. 1964, Búzi, Sofala) is a painter and cultural leader — founding member of the Núcleo de Artes Plásticas da Beira (1989) and former Minister of Culture and Tourism of Mozambique. He has exhibited in Mozambique, Italy, Namibia, Portugal and Sweden.
